Everyone that works there is friendly, professional and welcoming. We are long term patients and when are original Dentist retired, we stayed at the practice but moved to a different colleague. Can't fault the location, service, atmosphere. One thing I disagree with is the advertising for whitening treatments for 'prom'. These kids are under enough pressure, as long as their teeth are healthy, they shouldn't have to care if their teeth are white, pink or green. I appreciate that a business has to make money but target the high earners,.not the young and vulnerable please

I'm a nervous patient & Nicholas & Katie understand this & do all they can to put me at ease & it works.

The reception team are always so friendly, and great you with a warm welcome, check in and advise me where to take a seat. Within a few minutes my dental nurse calls me, and considering how many patients they will see between my 6 month visit, the dental nurse and my dentist, Nicholas always remember me and make me feel safe and welcome. ask ahout my family, and more importantly ask me about my dental health. I feel so safe in the chair with Nicholas and I couldnt ever imagine using another dentist
